  • Handful Handful of Shredded Ham (or bacon, chicken etc)
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 1/2 to Teaspoon of Oil (plus extra to grease muffin pan or use Pam spray)
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 1 1 Cup of Grated Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 1

Saute onions with meat until onions are brown. Divide into muffin pan. Top with cheese. Mix eggs milk oil and baking powder and poor over mixture in muffin pan. Cook at 375 degrees 20 -25 minutes
