BROWNIE NUGGETS

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup uncooked oats or coconut to taste
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Place cocoa in saucepan; gradually add milk, stir in sugar and margarine. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat, stir in oats and peanut butter. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Yield: 25 candies.
