  • 1 heaping cup shelled pecans
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 heaping cup shelled pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Make a pie crust and bake in a 350deg oven until right before browning. Place pecans on the bottom of the shell (can be placed in design - but pour the filling ever so gently). Then mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Pour the filling over the pecans in the prebaked pie crust. Bake approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
