  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy-style peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400deg. In large bowl mix beaten eggs with corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Then stir in peanuts; pour into chilled pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Turn oven temperature down to 350deg and bake pie 30-35 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.

NOTE: Ava prefers to make her pie without peanuts for a more smoother textured pie.
