- 2 (15 ounce) cans turkey chili without beans
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder*
- Large corn chips

Step 1
In medium saucepan, combine chili, cream cheese, and diced tomatoes. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until combined.
Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese and chile powder; cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
Serve hot with large corn chips such as Fritos.
