- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 cup coconut

Step 1
Mix ingredients together and pour into oblong cake pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Bake at 350deg for 40 minutes.

Stir while cake is cooking and boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
