Ingredients

  • 1 Box butter fudge cake mix or chocolate cake mix
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/ c sour cream
  • 1 bar sweet chocolate ( grated)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased and floured pans. Bake 350 for 40-50 minutes. Let se in pan 10 min to cool and then remove.

Fudge Frosting:
2T Butter
3/4 TBS Heavy Cream
1 1/2 c sifted confectioners sugar
1 TSP Vanilla
Melt all together in a sauce pan on low.
Put whip cream between layers of cake and four frosting over cake. Chill in fridge 1-2 hours
