CHOCOLATE CHIP IRISH CREAM SOUR CREAM CAKE

  • 1 package dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 - 3 ounce package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 - 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur
  • 1 package semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, coffee liqueur, and oil. Mix in cake mix and sour cream. Add instant pudding, batter will be thick. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cake springs back when lightly tapped. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out and completely cool before adding toppings.

I like to melt white chocolate and drizzle on top of cake. I also garnish and serve with fresh strawberries.
