Salmon Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1-15 oz Can Salmon, drained and flaked
  • save 1/2 cup liquid
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
  • dash Tabasco Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into prebaked crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve with cheese sauce.
