Mercy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 400g Pasta any shape
  • 20g Olive oil
  • 1 Brown onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 250g sliced or diced mushroom
  • 400mls thickened cream
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley and thyme
  • 200g mercy valley cheese - (secret ingredient)
  • Pea sprouts to garnish
  • Salt and Pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

Place halved onion in the bowl and Chop for 5 sec/speed 5 scrape down the sides of the bowl, add oil and garlic to the TM bowl; cook for 2 minutes /100°C/speed 4 MC off, use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Attach the butterfly to the blades, add mushrooms, salt, and pepper and herbs; cook for 10minutes/100°C/reverse speed 1 MC off

Add the cream and cook for 10minutes/100°C/reverse speed 1 MC off. Sprinkle in cheese and continue to cook 5minutes/80°C/reverse speed 1.

Add the sauce to your prepared pasta, sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese and ENJOY!!
