Yellow Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp water
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 huge school of peanut butter
• almond toffee bits, if desired
• chopped walnuts or pecans, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Add eggs, water, oil and peanut butter to cake mix. Mix well.

Add toffee bits and nuts. Mix well.

Make in to balls and roll in sugar. Flatten balls.

Bake on 350 for 12-16 minutes.

Hint: Place on paper towels after removing from baking sheets to absorb some of the grease.
