Ingredients
- Chicken:
- Boneless Chicken Thighs
- Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Cooking Oil
- Sauce:
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 #2 can Crushed Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Vinegar, white
- 3/4 cup Catsup
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Coat chicken in flour then dip in beaten egg and then in flour again. Saute in cooking oil until brown. Place in 9x13 baking pan.
Mix the brown sugar, crushed pineapple, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until done.
