Lori's Quick Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 or 2 cans Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Tomato Soup, undiluted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • Cheddar or Sharp Cheese, grated
  • Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion in a little butter until meat is browned, about 10 minutes.
Add everything else, then let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheddar or sharp cheese and sour cream.

Note: I use this as the base for my Chili and add this or that depending on who I'm serving. I change up the beans, add more spices, add pieces of steak and sausage, etc.
