Ingredients
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 rib celery sliced
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 sm apple, grated or chopped
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and mix into salad. Chill until ready eat.
