Choco-Cheese Cake

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Filling:
  • 5 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Sweet Cooking Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 cup Whipping Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400.

Combine flour, powdered sugar and salt. Using pastry blender, blend in butter. Sprinkle in water. Form ball and divide in half. Roll to fit 10" spring form pan. Pat rest on sides.Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, until set.

Heat oven to 450.

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Melt chocolate and add to cream cheese. Blend in sugar, salt and flour. Add eggs and 2 egg yolk, one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in whipping cream.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 and bake 70-75 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before releasing pan.
Chill overnight.
