Tapioca Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Orange Jello, small
  • 2 pkgs Instant Tapioca
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 small container Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Stir boiling water into jello and tapioca. Stir occasionally while letting it cool enough to refrigerate. Stir a couple of times while thickening in refrigerator.

When thickened and cooler, stir well with fork and add fruit and cool whip.

Note: Any flavor Jello and complimentory fruit can be used.
