This is a VERY hearty meal for breakfast. I typically save this for special occasions and enjoy it with family/friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sausage (Mild or Hot)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • Hotsauce (optional)
  • 5 Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare biscuits as directed
2. Brown sausage, onions, and garlic. Do not drain grease.
3. Sprinkle Flour over meat mixture. Brown flour
4. Slowly add milk, and add hotsauce (optional)
5. Heat mixture, making sure to scrape bottom of pan, unitl desired thickness.
6. Serve over warm biscuits
