Ultimate Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed right brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 3/4 cups mini M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350℉.
In large bowl, cream butter and both sugars until well blended. Add the egg and vanilla and mix to combine.
Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt to butter mixture and stir until combined.
Fold in M&M's.
Chill dough 1 hour or overnight.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto a lightly greased tray about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies or 10-12 for crispy cookies.
