Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped (or onion flakes)
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • parsley flakes
  • 3 cups cooked noodles or rice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, brown onion. Add hamburger and brown. Add soup, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 minutes. Fold in sour cream and serve with noodles sprinkled with poppy seeds or buttered rice - good leftover too!
