Cottage Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and divide into 4 equal parts.

Roll each one out like piecrust. Spread with melted butter and pat into dough, brown sugar and ground walnuts.

Cut each circle into 8 triangles. Roll up from widest end to the smallest end and bend ends in slightly to form a crescent.

Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes. Take off the pan immediately!
