Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3 1/2 cups thinly sliced bok choy (about 1/2 pound)
- 2 1/3 cups peeled and julienned Anjou pear (about 2 pears)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and cayenne. Stir in the onion, bok choy, pear and cilantro and toss to coat.
