Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Starch
  • 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Pound Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut Into 1/4" Strips
  • 2 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Pepper Red Or Green, Cut In 1/2" Pieces
  • 1 Cup Snow Peas
  • 1 Cup Broccoli, Flowerettes

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, heat 3 Tbsp. of broth. Meanwhile, combine the cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and remaining broth until smooth. Set this aside.
Stir-fry chicken in the skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add garlic, and vegetables to skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir broth mixture and add to skillet. Add chicken
to skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until mixed well.
