Ingredients
- 2 Cups gluten free oats
- 1 1/3 cups plain greek yogurt
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 scoops whey powder
- 2 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
- 6 tbl dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Blend Oats to a flour
Add all other ingredients except Chocolate chips
Spray muffin tins
Makes about 9 muffins
Top with chocolate chips
Bake 20-25 minutes
Better to eat the next day
