This recipe does not elaborate on how to serve or store. My mom, Helen S. Connelly loved this tofu and made it quite often in the summer for inclusion on salads, etc.

Ingredients

  • Organic Firm Tofu
  • Ginger sliced or grated
  • Black Sesame Seeds
  • 2 or 3 Tbs. Honey
  • 1 tbs. veg. oil
  • 3 tbs. Tamari Sauce Or Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut Tofu into sections, 1 x 1/2 inches, cubes
Create marinade from ingredients. Soak the tofu cubes in the marinade for 20 to30 minutes.

Drain, saving the marinade.

Put marinade in the bottom of a pan. Add tofu. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown, watching that it doesn't burn.
