DINNER SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage, fried and drained
  • 3/4 cup raw white rice
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Pour rice in skillet with drained sausage and fry for 1 minute. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Combine and pour into greased baking dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350deg for 35 minutes.
