Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) spicy red pepper diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10oz) medium enchilada sauce
- 1 bag (10oz) frozen sweet corn
- 1 can (15oz) mild chili beans, undrained
- tortilla strips, sour cream, shredded cheese to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook ground beef and onions; drain.
2. Add chili powder, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, corn, & beans.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook 15-20 minutes.
4. Garnish with toppings.
