Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 large can of cream of chicken soup (2 small cans)
  • 2 boxes stuffing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small package of frozen green beans

Preparation

Step 1

Spray the crockpot with non stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot as your first layer.
Pour dry stuffing mix over the chicken.
In a bowl mix together the soup and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the stuffing mix.
Layer on the frozen green beans.
Add about 1 cup of water.
Cook on high for 4 hours or cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours.
