Ingredients
- 8 ripe raspberries
- 1 1/4 teaspoons unrefined cane sugar
- 1/4 medium Lime halved
- 1 ounce cachaça
- ice
- 2 to 3 ounces chilled brut rosé sparkling wine

Preparation
Step 1
Combine raspberries, sugar, and lime in a lowball (aka rocks) cocktail glass and muddle until the raspberries are totally smashed. Add the cachaça and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add a few ice cubes then top with a few ounces of chilled brut rosé sparkling wine. Stir and serve immediately.
