PORK CHOPS AND RICE

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Green pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chili pepper (a teaspoon or so)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops; set aside. Brown onion and green pepper in pork chop drippings. Stir in rice. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili pepper. Put pork chops back in container, cover and bake in 400deg oven until rice is done (about 1 hour).
