CRAB CAKES

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 slice bread (coarsely grated)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients; form into cakes and fry until brown.
