CHICKEN PARMESAN

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cup snipped parsley
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 12 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken breasts in melted butter. Roll in mixture of stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Place in a large shallow baking dish so that pieces do not touch each other. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake at 375deg F. about 1 hour or till done. Do not turn. Top each serving with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven to heat thoroughly and melt cheese.
