Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 9 slices (turkey) Bacon
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 3 tablespoons Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried Parsley
- splash of Lime Juice
- Black Pepper to taste (1/4 tsp)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Mix together butter, garlic, soy sauce, parsley, and lime juice. Microwave until butter has melted and mix well.
Pound chicken to a relatively even thickness and wrap in bacon. Arrange in a baking dish and pour butter sauce over top.
Bake chicken for about 45 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF. Halfway through, flip chicken and stir sauce.
After the chicken is cooked, broil for about 2-3 minutes to brown chicken and crisp bacon.
