Cinnamon Butter Spread

This is similar to what they serve at Outbacks Steakhouse. It's not THEIR recipe, I don't believe, but it's close. Serve this cinnamon butter on toast, quick breads, muffins, popovers, pancakes, and waffles.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup clover honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Beat until smooth and fluffy with an electric mixer.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Serve this cinnamon butter on toast, quick breads, muffins, popovers, pancakes, and waffles.
