Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Pumpernickel cocktail bread, baguette slices, pita chips or fresh cut-up vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, spinach, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese; mix well.

Place mixture in baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with fresh veggies or chips.
