Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Pumpernickel cocktail bread, baguette slices, pita chips or fresh cut-up vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, spinach, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese; mix well.
Place mixture in baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with fresh veggies or chips.
