Easy Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas

These melt in your mouth pork carnitas are the perfect main dish for a party or gathering. It requires very little prep and can feed a large crowd!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, pork roast or tenderloin
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Rub pork with spices. Place in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Shred meat with a fork.
Serve in tortillas with cheese, lettuce and other toppings that you like.
