- 2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

Mix nuts with popcorn. Melt butter and sugar and syrup. When melted add baking powder then pour over popcorn/nuts and mix.
