Ingredients
- Fresh fillets Sun Fish or pan fish
- 1/2cup1/2 cup milk
- 3/4cup3/4 cup seasoned stuffing mix crushed
- 3Tablespoons3 Tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Fresh Sun fish washed and dried
Dip into milk
coat with stuffing mix both side
Spray a baking dish with Pam
Place coated sun fish into pan pour melted butter over fish
Bake 450 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until flaky
depending on how thick the fish are.
You can top with a little lemon juice after baking
Serve with
Buttermilk Ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
