Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate
  • 1/2 cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 6 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter For Baking Dishes
  • 2 cups water for ninja pot

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Butter four 3/4 cup custard or soufflé dishes. Place them on a baking sheet.

Microwave chocolate and butter in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 1 minute, or until the butter is melted. Stir with a wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in powdered sugar until well blended. Blend in eggs and egg yolks with a wire whisk. Stir in flour.

Divide batter among prepared muffin pan cups.

Pour water into pot.
Set OVEN 425* 20 MINUES
Cake is done with sides are firm but center is still soft.
Remove from pot and let stand2 mnutes.
Run knife around edges.
invert onto a serving plate.
Serve warm.
