Ingredients
- 3 slices thick cut bacon
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tblsp sour cream
- 1 tblsp chopped chives
- Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove, drain, dice. Whisk mayo and sour cream in bowl. Stir in bacon and chives. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
