Nordstrom’s Ginger-Sesame Dressing
This is a delicious sweet, tangy, bright, slightly spicy salad dressing that works with so many different types of salad. Stores well up to a month.

Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- Sesame seeds, toasted

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
