  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 ounce carton sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cream-style prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 2 1/2 ounce packages sliced dried beef, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (1 small)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (1 stalk)
  • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dillweed or 1/2 teaspoon dill seed
  • Chopped dill pickles (optional)
  • Crisp rye crackers or potato chips

Step 1

In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, milk, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Stir in beef, onion, celery, and dillweed. Transfer mixture to a 1-1/2-quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for about 3 hours or until heated through. Stir before serving. If desired, top dip with dill pickles. Serve with rye crackers or potato chips.
