Ingredients
- 2 medium naval oranges, peeled
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 to 3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
- Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
