Cheese - Home Made Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 Quarts Milk
  • 1 6 oz Container plain yogurt (preferably Brown Cow Cream on top)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat 2 quarts of fresh milk slowly to 98 degrees.

2. Add a small cup of yogurt (plain,with active cultures) and stir.

3. Set in a warm place until it thickens

4. Drain through a cheesecloth bag

5. Press into forms and enjoy!

6. Store what you don't use in the refrigerator or your freezer.
