- 15 oz round brie
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 17.3 oz puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream

Step 1
Split brie in half. Mix pecans (walnuts), brown sugar, cinnamon. Place half of brie on one sheet puff pastry, spread with nut mix, top with other half of brie. Cut corners of pastry to make a circle. Place second pastry on top, cut away extra, crimp together to seal completely.
You can now wrap tightly and refrigerate or even freeze.
Whisk egg and cream together, brush onto pastry.
Bake at 425 degrees (line pan with parchment paper) for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Serve with bread or fruit.
