Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water, divided
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt, divided
- cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place 3/4 cup warm water in the bowl of electric mixer with dough hook. Add flours, mix onmedium speed until combined. Cover and let stand 20 min.
2. In small bowl, mix yeast and 1/4 cup water; let stand until bubbly, about 5 min.
3. Add yeast mixture, 1 T oil and 1/2 tsp. salt to flour mixture; mix until soft dough forms. Place dough in large bowl coated with cooking spray; place plastic wrap coated with cooking spray directly on surface of dough. Chill 24 hours.
4. Let dough stand 1 hour, covered, until dough reaches room temp.
Yields 9x13 pan of dough.
