Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients
- 1 lb fetuccine or penne pasta
- 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- pinch red crushed pepper
- pinch tarragon
- parsley (chopped) for garnish
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute shrimp and onion in 2 tablespoons of margarine for 2 minutes. Add cream, spices, and pasta and reduce to a thick consistency. Fold in cheese and mix until melted. Serve immediately.
