Ingredients
- 1-32 oz pkg of thawed country style hash browns (cube style)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 c. cornflakes (can be crushed or left whole)

Step 1
Mix ingredients, using only 1/4 c. of melted butter, in large bowl. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with cornflakes that have been mixed with the remaining 1/4 c. melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
