Easy Man Pleasing Grilled Ginger Soy Salmon

Yummy and easy, this salmon dish will delight!

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of fresh salmon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate salmon in shallow dish for 15min in soy, syrup, garlic and ginger.
Lay out foil and put salmon skin side down on foil. Pour marinade over top, arranging ginger and garlic evenly over salmon.
GRILL OR OVEN:
Grill: wrap in foil completely, cook skinside down on grill for 15min, flip and cook for 5more Minutes
Unwrap and verify salmon is cooked by checking middle to be flesh color, not
Pink.

Oven: Cook in oven at 400degrees for 20 minutes, flesh side down (no need to cover top).
