Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced peaches in juice drained
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 375, spray 8X8 baking pan with non-stick spray
Drain peaches and arrange them in bottom of pan
In lrg bowl cream together butter, 3/4 cup sugar. Add vanilla and mix well
Add milk, flour salt and baking powder to sugar butter mixture. Mix until creamy, spread over peaches
In seperate bowl, mic 1/3 cup sugar , 1/2 tsp cinnamon, with cornstarch- sprinkle evenly over mixture
Pour boiling water over sugar mixture. Make sure to cover all sugar with water.
Bake @ 375 for 40-45 min
