Miniature Pecan Pies*

Ingredients
- Pastry
- 12 oz Cream Cheese (1 1/2 - [8 oz box])
- 2 Cups Margarine
- 4 Cup Plain Flour
- Filling
- 4 Egg
- 3 Cups Brown Sugar *
- 4 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) Margarine (Melted)
- 3 Cups Pecans **
- 1 Tablespoon & 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 Dashes of Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese and margarine thoroughly. Add flour and continue to mix thoroughly. Chill overnight. Mix filling ingredients thoroughly. Divide pastry into 96 balls and press into miniature muffin tins, covering walls of tins. Spoon filling into pastry and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool in pans and serve.
